Norm Schleehahn has extensive experience in economic development, serving as the Director of Economic Development and Manager of Business Development for the City of Hamilton since 1999. In these roles, Norm oversees business assistance initiatives focused on supporting start-ups, corporate relocations, and the retention and expansion of existing businesses. Prior to this, Norm was a Business Development Consultant with the Economic Developers Council of Ontario from 2004 to 2005 and served as its President. Norm holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McMaster University and completed further education at the University of Waterloo.
