Paul Kleier III serves as the Planning & Zoning Administrator for the City of Blue Ash since June 2018, where responsibilities include enforcing the zoning code and property standards, reviewing building plans, and acting as a staff liaison for various zoning boards. Prior experience includes roles as a Community Development Assistant and Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky, alongside internships with the City of Crestview Hills and Northern Kentucky Area Development District, focusing on code enforcement, grant preparation, and hazard mitigation planning. Paul Kleier III holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Thomas More College.
