Jen Recine is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public sector, private, and non-profit organizations. Since May 2008, Jen has served in multiple roles at the City Of Hamilton, progressing from Communications Officer to Senior Communications Officer and currently holding the position of Manager, Communications. Prior to this tenure, Jen worked in various communications and fundraising positions from November 1997 to May 2008. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from Concordia University and another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from McMaster University.
