Zach Rawe is an experienced Engineer Technician at the City of Hagerstown since May 2007, with prior roles including Environmental/GIS Intern at the Maine Army National Guard and Geographic Information System Intern for the Town of Cumberland, Maine. With a foundational background in construction as a Laborer at Whitewater Construction and as a Crewmember in the Maryland Conservation Corps, Zach has developed a diverse skill set in engineering and geographic information systems. Zach graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geography, specializing in Mapping Sciences.
