Lilibeth Genao

Administrative Aide at City of Grand Rapids

Lilibeth Genao has been an administrative aide at the City of Grand Rapids since January 2016. Prior to that, they were a program manager at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation from July 2013 to January 2016, where they assisted with the development, implementation and monitoring of investment strategies in Grand Rapids. From August 2012 to July 2013, they were the Dean of Student Accountability at Grand Rapids Public Schools.

Lilibeth Genao has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Grand Valley State University in Non-Profit Leadership and Management. Lilibeth is currently a Fellow in the Political Determinants of Health (PDOH) Learning Laboratory (2021-2022 Cohort) at Morehouse School of Medicine. Lilibeth has also completed the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative at Harvard University. Lastly, they are part of the Racial Equity Here (REH) Cohort at Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) & Living Cities.

Their manager is Stacy Stout, Director of Equity and Engagement. They are on a team with Patti Caudill - Administrative Services Officer II, Ciarra Adkins - Adminstrative Analyst I, and Jourdon Eatman - Administrative Analyst I.
