Shealyn Becker, PHR, SHRM-CP, WLCP, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Goodyear since February 2017. In this role, Shealyn partners with leadership and teams to develop HR strategies that promote employee growth and organizational effectiveness, while also guiding department leaders on various employee relations issues. Prior to this position, Shealyn worked for Farm Credit Services of America as an HR Generalist, providing HR expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. Previous roles include a Human Resource Specialist at First Data Corporation and an HR Coordinator at DTN / The Progressive Farmer. Shealyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources & Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
