Juana Garay has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as a Public Works Management Assistant and Engineering Management Assistant for the City of Goodyear since December 2019. Prior to this, Juana held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant at REI, where strategic support was provided to key leaders. Juana's career also includes significant roles at Staples Business Advantage, where responsibilities ranged from account management to operations and employee productivity tracking, as well as a Human Resources Assistant position at Colorbok, managing temporary employee programs and facilitating hiring processes. Juana earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Management from Grand Canyon University between January 2018 and October 2021.
