Montgomery Fletcher is an Associate Attorney at Brownlee Whitlow & Praet, PLLC, since September 2023, and previously held the same position at Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo LLP from June 2021 to September 2023, as well as at the NC Department of Justice from February 2019 to June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Contract & Compliance Specialist for the North Carolina Innovative School District in 2018, a Legal Extern and Intern in the Office of the General Counsel for the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer in 2017, and a Legal Intern at the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources in 2016. Montgomery also gained early experience as a Legislative & Communications Intern with the North Carolina Office of State Human Resources in 2014. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (2015-2018), and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, War, and Defense from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2011-2015).
