Carolyn (Carly) Lorentz has extensive experience in city governance, serving as a Deputy City Manager in the City of Golden since June 2018. Carolyn (Carly) has also worked as an Assistant to the City Manager in the City of Wheat Ridge from April 2010 to June 2018. Throughout their career, Carolyn has been a trusted advisor to City Managers and Councils, leading strategic planning processes and city-wide projects aimed at achieving organizational missions and priorities. Carolyn (Carly) is skilled in managing staff, driving community engagement, and facilitating meetings to drive innovation and improve team performance across city departments.
