Danielle Campbell is an accomplished Economic Development Specialist with extensive experience in fostering business relationships and facilitating growth initiatives. Currently serving the City of Glenwood Springs since November 2021, Danielle has linked state and local resources, secured funding, and developed an online real estate platform. Previously, Danielle worked as a Project Manager at Community Builders, leading planning initiatives and conducting financial feasibility studies for rural communities. Additional experience includes positions as a Real Estate Associate at The Catalytic Development Fund, a Development Intern at 3CDC, and various internships that involved neighborhood redevelopment and community planning. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Community Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, both from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a certificate in Real Estate.
