Janice Hartman has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as Director of Finance and Administration for the City of Gaithersburg since January 2018, with previous roles including Acting Director and Comptroller. Prior to this position, Janice worked at Radiant Solutions, where responsibilities included managing finance from February 2011 to January 2018, following a stint at Hilton Worldwide as Consolidations Manager. Additional experience includes positions as Supervising Senior Accountant at Hanger Orthopedic Group and Senior Accountant at Ryan & Wetmore, PC. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grove City College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
