Vanessa Ware has extensive experience in economic development and operations management, currently serving as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Fremont since September 2018. Prior roles include Management Analyst and Administrative Analyst/Council Support for the same city, as well as positions in operations and customer support at Blackhawk Network, where responsibilities included supervising a large team, managing operations, and conducting performance analysis. Vanessa's background also encompasses talent coordination at Shutterfly Inc. and program assistance in the City of Sunnyvale, where Vanessa managed staffing and operational activities. Vanessa holds a Master of Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from San Jose State University.
