Kelly Reynolds is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in public and private development projects. Currently serving as an Associate Civil Engineer with the City of Fremont since December 2012, Kelly reviews complex and politically sensitive development projects to ensure compliance with various standards and regulations. Previous roles include Civil Engineer II and Civil Engineer I within the same city, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating mid-sized and smaller development projects, respectively. Kelly's earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer with Ruggeri-Jensen-Azar, a Design Engineer at Above Grade Engineering, and several internships in civil engineering. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
