Joseph Tran has extensive experience in engineering and technical roles with a strong background in public service and project management. Currently serving as an Engineering Specialist at the City of Fremont's Public Works since August 2019, Joseph previously worked as an Engineering Technician (II) at the City of San José's Department of Transportation, focusing on traffic safety and operations. Prior to that, Joseph led a team as the Geek Squad Mobile Installer Lead at Best Buy, overseeing technical installations and ensuring quality service. Joseph also gained valuable experience as an Administrative Services Intern at the City of San José's Department of Parks, Recreation & Neighborhood Services, contributing to health and safety projects. Joseph holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with a concentration in Health Services Administration from San Jose State University.
