Katherine Harelson, MPA, currently serves as a Development Services Operations Analyst for the City of Franklin, Tennessee, a position held since June 2021, following a role as Management Fellow. Prior experience includes an internship in Local Government Services with the Mid-America Regional Council from August 2020 to May 2021 and a position as a Legal File Clerk at DURIO, MCGOFFIN, STAGG & ACKERMANN, PC from March 2018 to September 2019. Katherine Harelson earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in City/County Management from The University of Kansas in 2022 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2020.
