Patrick Noyen serves as a Council Member at the City of Fort Saskatchewan since 2021. Patrick also owns Prairie Fire Landscaping Ltd since February 2015, providing yard landscape construction services to the greater Edmonton region. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Bilingual Business from the University of Alberta, obtained in 2008. Additionally, Patrick has received education from the Alberta Construction Safety Association.
