David Odor is an experienced Geographic Information Systems Manager for the City of Fort Dodge, a position held since September 1995, where responsibilities include overseeing GIS technology and providing land surveying and engineering technical support for municipal projects. Prior to this role, David served as Information Technology Operations Manager, managing IT infrastructure and leading GIS initiatives within engineering and public works.
