Matthew Showalter, RA, NCARB, currently serves as a Project Architect at PARTNERS in Architecture, PLC, since July 2021. In addition to this role, Matthew holds the position of Vice Chair on the Planning Commission for the City of Ferndale, Michigan, since February 2019, having previously served as a Planning Commissioner from July 2015 to February 2016. Prior to joining PARTNERS in Architecture, Matthew worked as Architect III at Integrated Design Solutions from February 2013 to July 2021, specializing in constructability, coordination, renovations, and BIM modeling using Revit. Matthew's academic credentials include a Master of Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, obtained between 2014 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution, completed in 2011. Additionally, Matthew contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant for the advanced structures course at Lawrence Technological University in fall 2011.
