Denise Johnson has over a decade of experience in public service as the Executive Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Evansville-Vanderburgh County since January 2012. Prior to this role, Denise served as the VP Trust Officer at Ohio Valley Financial Group, Inc. from June 2008 to July 2011, and acted as Campaign Director for Winnecke for Mayor in 2011. Denise's banking career includes a Vice President position at Fifth Third Bank from 1996 to 2008. Educationally, Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Stephens College, obtained between 1979 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Grayville, IL Community High School, completed in 1979.
