Lacie Morgan Tolle is an experienced project portfolio manager currently serving in the City of Eugene since August 2021. Prior roles include business analyst at the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission from May 2020 to August 2021, scholarship program administrator at the Office of Student Access and Completion from August 2016 to May 2020, and financial aid analyst at the Oregon Office of Student Access & Completion from June 2011 to August 2016. Lacie also worked as a community support manager at Good Neighbor Care Centers, LLC from March 2007 to November 2010. Lacie holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Math from Southern Oregon University (2000-2004).
