Doug Singer possesses extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as the Development Review Principal Engineer for the City of Eugene since November 2007. In this role, Doug manages permitting and construction efforts for public improvements within the public right of way. Prior to this position, Doug held various titles, including Principal Civil Engineer overseeing capital improvement programs and managing the Stormwater Capital Improvement Program. Doug's career also includes experience as a Civil Engineer at Weber Elliott Engineers, PC, and as Fleet Supervisor for the City of Corvallis. Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University and a Professional Certificate in River Restoration from Portland State University in 2016.
