Anne Fifield

Economic Development Manager at City of Eugene

Anne Fifield is an experienced economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Manager and Economic Strategies Manager for the City of Eugene since January 2015. In this role, Anne collaborates with private and public partners to implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing economic opportunities in Eugene and the southern Willamette Valley, including the development of an open-access fiber network and a brownfield assessment program. Additionally, Anne is the Principal at Blue Mountain Economics, providing market analyses for local government redevelopment planning. Previous positions include Adjunct Instructor at the University of Oregon and Senior Economist at ECONorthwest, along with consultancy roles in various organizations. Anne holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning and a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.
