Stacy Swann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal acquisition management, currently serving as the Federal Acquisition Manager and National Account Manager for the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and US Army Corps of Engineers at GSA since June 2001. Previous roles within the Public Buildings Service include National Account Director, National Account Manager, and Regional Account Manager. In addition, Stacy Swann has been a Fellow and Partner at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) since February 2020, and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers since 2018. Educational credentials include an MBA in Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
