Tina Dick, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Euclid since July 2022, following a lengthy tenure in the same role at HGR Industrial Surplus from February 2006 to July 2022. At HGR Industrial Surplus, Tina Dick was responsible for annually reviewing and recommending improvements to the organization's policies and procedures regarding personnel matters. Additionally, Tina worked closely with the CEO to foster a positive organizational culture. Prior to this, Tina held positions as an Executive Assistant and Accounting Assistant at NorthCoast Health Care Management Services from February 1996 to February 2006. Tina holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources Management, from Lakeland Community College and is a graduate of Mayfield High School.
