Sherry Martin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at the City of Englewood, Sherry specializes in talent management programs and organizational development solutions. Prior to this, Sherry held positions such as Senior HR Business Partner at the City of Boulder and Human Resources Business Partner at the Colorado Department of Human Services. With a background in coaching from WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and a progressive career in human resources at Mile High Equipment LLC and Denver Public Schools, Sherry has developed a strong expertise in employee relations, workplace culture, and organizational change.
