Julie Gilliam has extensive experience in management and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst at the City of Encinitas since November 2012, with previous roles as Management Analyst and Program Assistant within the same organization. Before joining the City of Encinitas, Julie was a Financial Service Representative at SDCCU from 2006 until November 2012. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and attended Palomar College from 1990 to 1992.
