Carter Brown is a Management Analyst with experience in various administrative and support roles within municipal government. Since August 2021, Carter has held multiple titles at The City of Encinitas, including Department Administrative Support Coordinator and Program Assistant. Prior experience includes positions as a Library Clerk and Library Page at the City of Carlsbad from October 2018 to February 2022, and a Quality Control Analyst and COVID-19 Case Investigator for the County of San Diego earlier in 2021. Carter also contributed as a TGIF Concert Crew Member at the City of Carlsbad in the summer of 2018 and worked as a Supply Yard Worker at Modern Builders Supply during high school summers. Carter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a focus on American Politics, from UC San Diego, graduating in 2019.
