Annette Saul is an experienced Park Operations Manager at The City of Encinitas since March 2017, previously serving as Parks and Landscape Supervisor for the City of Santee from August 2004 to March 2017, where management of maintenance and service contracts for parks and public use areas occurred. Prior roles include Utility Forester/Auditor at Davey Resource Group from 2002 to 2004, conducting inspections of trees in utility easements, and Park Ranger at the City of San Luis Obispo from 2000 to 2001, overseeing open space safety and law enforcement. Annette holds a BS in Forestry and Natural Resources Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, having attended Cuyamaca College from 1998 to 2000.
