Daniel Loomis is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Elizabeth since January 2013. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Project Engineer at Hatch Mott MacDonald from March 2008 to December 2012, and worked as an Engineer at EKA Associates, P.A. from December 1998 to March 2008. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, completing the program between 2001 and 2007.
