Carlos J. Alma has served as the Operations Manager and Qualified Purchasing Agent for the Parking Authority City of Elizabeth since August 2008. Previously, Carlos held the position of Treasurer at CASA of Union County from 2008 to 2013, and was a Councilman for the Fourth Ward in the City of Elizabeth from January 1999 to December 2006. From 1998 to 2004, Carlos worked as the Administrative Assistant Superintendent at Essex County Vocational Technical Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
