Bob Whitt, III is a seasoned professional specializing in community engagement and collaboration between law enforcement and communities. Since July 2018, Bob has been serving as the Community Engagement representative for the Elgin Police in Elgin, Illinois, where the focus is on fostering a culture of integrity and trust. Previously, Bob has held the position of Convener at Building On Collaboration, Inc. since January 2014, promoting strategies that address social justice within community-law enforcement partnerships. Bob's leadership experience includes serving as Senior Pastor at Family Life Church from 1998 to 2015, and as Executive Director and Camp Manager at Riverwoods Christian Center in various capacities from 1988 to 2000. Bob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Leadership from Judson University between 1990 and 1994.
