Mary Wiggins, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of El Paso Texas since July 2023, following a career within the same city that spans over a decade, including roles as Human Resources Manager and Assistant Director. Prior to their tenure at the City of El Paso, Mary held the position of Administration Supervisor at Gilsbar, Inc. from August 1998 to December 2004. Mary earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Southern Mississippi between 2021 and 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Human Relations from Mid-America Nazarene University, completed in 1998. Mary's educational background also includes a High School Diploma from Harrison Central High School, obtained in 1984.
