Morgan Dorner is a Senior Planner at the City of Edgewood since May 2021, previously serving as the Water Quality Industrial Permit Coordinator and SEPA Coordinator at the Washington State Department of Ecology from January 2017 to May 2021. In these roles, Morgan managed water quality permits and analyzed environmental impacts related to government decisions. Earlier experience includes positions as Service Coordinator/SEPA Support and SEPA Project Assistant, along with an internship at the Washington State Office of the Governor, focusing on boards and commissions. Morgan also directed community outreach for 94.9 KVWV Bellingham Community Radio, aiding in the establishment of a nonprofit public broadcasting station. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on Public Policy from Western Washington University.
