David MacMillan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, education, and emergency services. Currently serving as Director of Operations at CCL Center since July 2021, David oversees daily operations for the non-profit organization. In addition, David holds the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor in Political Science at Thomas More College and has been a volunteer firefighter, chaplain, and apparatus operator with Edgewood Fire & EMS since 1998, contributing over 900 hours of training and participating in various leadership roles within the fire service. David's previous roles include Director of Accounting and Finance at Summit Fire Apparatus and Director of Operations for the TAP program at Thomas More College, among others. David's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management, further enhancing expertise in leadership and organizational management.
