Catherine Lautenbacher has a diverse background in leadership and community service, currently serving as a City Councilwoman for the City of Dunwoody, Georgia, and as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy. With extensive experience in program direction, Catherine has led initiatives at Leadership Perimeter since 2012. Previous roles include board memberships with Discover Dunwoody and Every Woman Works, Inc., as well as serving as Events Director for the Association of Leadership Programs. Catherine's leadership experience further extends to serving as Board President for the Dunwoody Nature Center and Past President of the Community Assistance Center, where significant fundraising efforts were coordinated. Catherine began a career as a Product Engineer at Solectron after obtaining a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
