Jacob Baltierra is an experienced accountant currently employed by the City of Dubuque, Iowa, since May 2020, where responsibilities include auditing purchasing card transactions, invoices, and preparing audit work papers. Prior to this role, Jacob served as an Archives Assistant at Loras College, cataloging collections and assisting with research inquiries. Additional experience includes tutoring at Loras College's Writing Center, supervising cashiers at Menards, and various intelligence roles in the United States Marine Corps, where Jacob managed systems and provided analytical support during military operations. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Loras College, graduating in May 2022.
