Monica A Hasbun currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Council Member at the City of Doral and as an Executive Assistant at Green Ace LLC. Prior to these roles, Monica worked as a Trial Analyst and Records Custodian at AT&T and held positions as a Senior Paralegal and Paralegal at Korin Law, P.A., specializing in First Party Property Insurance Claims. From 2008 to 2018, Monica was the Consumer Vice-President at the Communication Workers of America, overseeing departmental complaints, employee management, and internal investigations. Monica began their career at AT&T as a Sales Associate and Sales Consultant, where customer service excellence was a key focus. Educational credentials include a Paralegal Certificate from Florida International University and a High School Diploma in Accounting from Colegio Salesiano Santa Maria Mazzarello.
