Alvin Horhn, MAAO, AAS, currently serves as the Deputy CFO/Assessor for the City of Detroit since September 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing the assessment processes. Prior to this role, Alvin held the position of Assessor and Supervisor in the City of Detroit from April 2005 to September 2012, focusing on GIS coordination for the Assessment Division. Alvin holds a degree from the University of Detroit Mercy, attended from 1995 to 1999, and completed studies at Wayne County Community College District from 1990 to 1993.
