Becky Madison has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Becky is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at the City of Des Plaines since July 2020. In this role, they serve as the key advisor to the City Manager and Assistant City Manager/Finance Director on all human resource and labor relations matters. Becky also gained experience at Walgreen's Co, where they worked as a Marketing Q&A Coordinator (Promotion) and Marketing Intern, maintaining the integrity of system information, assisting with website maintenance and development, and resolving supplier concerns.
