Luis Hernandez is an experienced civil engineer with a focus on transportation and infrastructure. Currently serving as Assistant Civil Engineer at the City of Davis since November 2018, Luis previously held the position of Transportation Engineer at TJKM Transportation Consultants from April 2016 to November 2018. Luis earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento, graduating in 2016.
