Michelle Voelkers, PMP, currently serves as a PD Business Analyst for the City of Davenport since June 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at St. Ambrose University from 2000 to May 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing card production and access control as the BeeCard Services Coordinator and conducting Title IX investigations. Michelle possesses a strong background in compliance, policy evaluation, and administrative support, having also implemented key systems for housing and student affairs. Educational qualifications include a Master¡¯s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Criminal Justice, both from St. Ambrose University. Prior experience includes a design role at Green Valley Cabinet Co., showcasing a diverse skill set.
