Allison Zurcher, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits & Wellness Manager for the City of Davenport, a position held since November 2019. Prior to this role, Allison ascended through various positions within the City, including Senior Benefits & Employment Manager and Benefits Manager. Previously, experience includes serving as a Benefits and Compensation Specialist at HNI Corporation and Office Manager at KAMINSKI PAIN & PERFORMANCE CARE, PC. Additional experience includes working as a Marketing Representative for EDMC. Allison Zurcher holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Speech Communication and Rhetoric, as well as in Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services, both obtained from Augustana College. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, with an expected completion in March 2022.
