Nina Arias is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Dallas since April 2018, Nina previously held the position of HR Director for Neovia Logistics from October 2013 to March 2018. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources for the North Texas Tollway Authority, HR Manager for Michaels Stores, and Senior Director and Director roles within Head Start - AVANCE, Inc. and Head Start - E Center, respectively. Nina began their career as a Coordinator at Shasta College, where tenure lasted from May 1998 to May 2000.
