Cathy Kimberlin has extensive experience in tax assessment, having served as Commissioner of the Revenue for the City of Covington since January 2006, following a previous role as Deputy Commissioner of the Revenue from November 1987 to December 2005. Cathy Kimberlin is a graduate of Covington High School, where attendance occurred from 1975 to 1979.
