Theresa Franke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Administrative Services-Finance for the City of Covina since July 2015, Theresa has also held positions such as Finance Manager and Accounting Supervisor within the same department. Prior experience includes roles at Veolia North America as a Project Associate, where responsibilities involved managing revenue reconciliations, and owning Franke Business & Tax Management, which provided accounting and bookkeeping services. Additional roles include a Consultant position at IntelliBridge Partners, an Analyst at the County of San Bernardino, and a Staff Accountant position at Oberlies and Pearson, CPAs.
