Rosie Richardson serves as a Communications Specialist at VMA Communications, Inc. since June 2022, where responsibilities include creating public outreach strategies for infrastructure development, educating diverse communities, facilitating briefings with elected officials, and developing public participation plans for the City of Chino General Plan. Additionally, Rosie is a Planning Commissioner for the City of Covina, promoting public interest in comprehensive planning and regulating land use and building structures. As a Board Member for the YWCA San Gabriel Valley since April 2021 and with prior experience as a Transportation Specialist at WCS Permits from January 2013 to January 2022, Rosie has collaborated with various transportation agencies across the U.S. Rosie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California Baptist University, expected to complete in 2024.
