Rachel McColm has a diverse professional background with significant experience in finance and environmental technology. Currently serving as a Finance Clerk for the City of Courtenay since October 2021, Rachel previously worked as an Accounting Clerk at Pier CPA Group Ltd. and as an Accounting Assistant at John Howard Society North Island. Earlier roles include temporary Accounting Clerk at Deborah A Ewart Inc. and positions as an Environmental Technologist at SNC-Lavalin and an Environmental Tech at Roy Northern Land and Environmental. Rachel holds a Diploma in Land and Resource Management from Northern Lights College and completed further studies at North Island College between 2015 and 2021.
