Donavan LeBlond is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facility and environmental services. Currently serving as a full-time custodian with the City of Courtenay since August 2022, Donavan has also held multiple roles with the City of Campbell River, including Auxiliary Facility Service Worker and Auxiliary Parks Specialists 1 during the Covid-19 pandemic. With additional experience at Crothall Healthcare as an Environmental Service Worker and diverse roles in the mining and construction industries, including mill laborer and loader operator, Donavan demonstrates a strong skill set in maintenance, safety compliance, and operational support. Education includes a Building Service Worker certification from North Island College and training from Interior Heavy Equipment School.
