Michael Tognarelli has served as a City Councilman for the City of Collinsville since April 2011, contributing to the legislative body of the council. In addition, Michael has been a consultant and oil distributor driver at JTC Petroleum since April 2011. Prior to these roles, Michael worked for the City of Collinsville for a total of 37 years, including 17 years as Director of Streets. Michael graduated from Collinsville High School in 1971.
