Kevin Madden, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an Associate Engineer with the City of Collinsville since April 2020. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at RJN Group, Inc. from June 2015 to April 2020, where responsibilities included project management as a Project Engineer and supporting engineering activities as a Staff Engineer.
